Day 3: McLauchlan's Madeira Beach Clean Up for 2021: New Year's Eve

We were somewhat worried there might be a bigger crowd on New Year's Eve, but, was not worse than Days 1 or 2.

Not much in the public beach area; most of what we picked up was at the trolley stops along Gulf Blvd.

Only .62 lbs today

Day 2: MCLauchlan's Madeira Beach Clean Up for 2021

Wednesday, December 30th

We went down a little before sunset. It was so cloudy, we feared it might rain.

This was the first day that we weighed our trash. 1.43 lbs.

Today's weight: 1.43 lbs

Day 1: McLauchlan's Maderia Beach Clean Up for 2021

Tuesday, December 29th, Sunset

We got a jump start on our 2021 challenge by getting out there on Tuesday, December 29th

Day 1: Most exciting find was a $20 bill. We have started a jar for any $$ and any other valuables we find.  This will all go towards our fundraising to support coastal conservation.

We love the Madeira Beach sunsets -- but tonight -- the full moon was spectacular. This pic does not do it justice
