Clean Up Walk Day 35 (Feb 4): 2.02 lbs.
Day 36 (Feb 5): .55 lbs.
I shared with you that we are saving some of this trash for recycled art projects.
Another side hustle: aluminum can tabs. When we were walking on the beach on Inauguration night/sunset, we bumped into some of our friends toasting to the Biden Administration- and our friend Joan told us she is collecting the tabs for Ronald McDonald House. Now, when we collect cans on our clean-up walks, we are saving the tabs for our friend Joan (delivered by our friend Marilyn)
Always multitasking!!! (Back when Beanie Babies were a craze, one of my interns gifted me the octopus - as a symbol of how many things I was doing at the same time. That was when I worked at the White House. Some things never change!)
